Silent Meditation: In Jesus’ wisdom, he knew about people and himself. For others, he knew what they were ready to hear and when. He wanted to lead them into the truth step-by-step so they would not get lost or turn around. For himself, he knew when he needed to spend time resting, to focus and be more productive. We need that level of awareness too, about others and ourselves—to be mindful of what others need to hear, and when we need to rest.
