Silent Meditation: We often worry about the details in life—what should we do now or later, about this and that and everything else? There are a lot of little things in our lives that are floating (crashing?) around. The most helpful thing we can do is to settle ourselves and makes sure that at the center of our lives is Jesus—his life, love, words, and example. Doing that will stabilize everything else.
