Silent Meditation: No one enjoys worrying. Jesus even told us not to do it. And yet we worry anyway. We can’t help it sometimes. But we can keep it from controlling and overwhelming us. With the right priorities and mindset, we can take the energy that we use for worrying and do something with it that helps others and ourselves.
