Silent Meditation: God wants to soothe our pain and heal our brokenness— whether it’s on the outside or the inside, physical or emotional. But we have to want it too, and not settle for missing out on grace and wholeness. We have to want it enough to reach out and grab onto the way of Jesus, to let its power and forgiveness cleanse our pain and heal our wounds.
