Group Healing Conversations through Art, Saturdays March 8–April 5

The emotional toll left by natural disasters and trauma can persist long after the danger has passed, often affecting our lives and relationships. This Expressive Arts Therapy Group is designed to help people heal from the deep, often unseen impacts that trauma leaves behind. We use art, music, writing, and movement to empower participants to process their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and find comfort in others with similar experiences. This will relieve symptoms of anxiety and PTSD, strengthen resilience, and build community connection support.

There will be 5 weekly group sessions on Saturdays from March 8 to April 5, 2:00–5:00 pm at the church. To Learn More or sign up, e-mail or call the group leader, Dr. Madison Brightwell, at 310 801-9097, info@drmadisonbrightwell.com.
