Worship Service - March 14 (Fourth Sunday in Lent) (Copy)

We’ve had a lot of technical difficulties today. The worship service was recorded and is now available to watch. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate the extra grace today.

WELCOME TO WORSHIP!

Welcome & Announcements

Prelude – "Aria"

Silent Meditation: It’s hard to know when to say, “Enough’s enough.” Based on Jesus’ example, when people are being taken advantage of, especially in the name of God, that’s when we should start shouting. Whenever a church loses its focus from worshiping God and helping others, to serve itself at the exclusion of others, that is worth being angry about.

Hymn of Praise – “Praise the Lord! Ye Heavens, Adore Him”

Old Testament Reading – Psalm 19:1-6, 14

Call to Prayer – “I Confess”

Prayers of the People

Offering Invitation

Offertory – "God of Grace” solo

New Testament Reading – John 2:13-17

Sermon –“Some Things Are Worth Being Angry About”

Hymn of Response – “Jesus Calls Us O’er the Tumult”

Closing & Benediction Song

Walk in the Spirit of Love.
Walk in the Spirit of Love.
Love one another as Jesus loves you.
Walk in the Spirit of Love.

Postlude – “Postlude” on HYFRYDOL"
